Clean Power Plan praised for potential to create jobs, cut utility bills
Clean-energy advocates said Tuesday that a new EPA-mandated Clean Power Plan for Nevada to reduce its carbon emissions through 2030 is an opportunity to generate jobs and lower utility bills for consumers.
