The Quick Stop Sunoco at 4998 Milford Road in Middle Smithfield Township, across from Price Chopper, was sold Feb. 5 for about $2.6 million.The Sunoco is an eight-pump, 16-hose gas station with a convenience store of more than a 5,000 square feet.The sale was brokered by KW Commercial, The Daniel Perich Group.
