The Salvation Army East Stroudsburg Corps. announces two recent grants: the Hughes Foundation Inc., $25,000, combined with the past generous contributions from ESSA Bank & Trust Foundation, for the purchase of a new 12 passenger van to support youth, senior and community programs; and the R. Dale and Frances M. Hughes Foundation, $70,000 challenge grant to support the Corps. Annual Campaign.
