Construction continues on the new Sycamore Suites Residence Hall at East Stroudsburg University. The project remains on track to open for the fall semester, said ESU Spokesperson Elizabeth Richardson in a statement Friday. Sycamore Suites will add living accommodation for nearly 500 students and cost an estimated $44 million, the ESU website says.
