Nestle Waters Needs Work-From-Home Reps in 3 States (Pays $14.30/Hr)

When I hear Nestle, I think of Nesquik.

You know -- that chocolate powder that you’d stir into milk to make a beverage so mediocre it served only to quell your need for a chocolate-adjacent treat without actually being delicious or remotely satisfying? Yeah, that stuff.

But Nestle Waters (a division of Nestle that produces Nestle Pure Life, Zephyrhills, Perrier and your fave S. Pellegrino, among others) is what we’re actually here to talk about.

Right now, Nestle Waters is hiring people to work from home as customer service representatives in three states across the U.S. (and the benefits are pretty sweet).

Work From Home for Nestle Waters

Nestle Waters is looking for customer service representatives to work from home in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Texas.

As a customer service representative, you’ll answer customer questions, respond to product and service inquiries and resolve billing concerns.

You’ll answer incoming calls from both residential and commercial clients, and will be tasked with handling difficult customer issues while maintaining a positive attitude and friendly connection with the client.

You should have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and at least one year of experience in a customer service position. You should be available to work Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., plus rotating Saturdays.

Training is onsite (in either Coppell, Texas, or Raynham, Massachusetts, depending on your location), and takes place Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.for three weeks.

After that, you’ll work entirely from home, so you’ll need a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.

Pay is $14.30 per hour with the potential to earn monthly performance based bonuses of up to $500.

And as if that doesn’t sounds good enough on its own, you may also be eligible for some pretty sweet benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance (after 30 days), paid vacation, sick days and holidays, tuition reimbursement, parental leave -- and a whole lot more.
