You’ll also be tasked with upselling and cross-selling to customers and converting inquiries into referrals.
You must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, although some college is preferred, and should have at least one year of prior customer service experience. You should have excellent communication and computer skills, and an interest in home repair services is a plus.
