STROUDSBURG — When the former Pocono Inne Town at Main and Seventh streets closed for renovations in March 2016, the building's owner expected to reopen it as the new Penn Stroud Hotel some time around the end of 2016.Structural repairs on the building's Seventh Street side pushed that reopening date back to sometime in July of this year.In spring, the date was pushed back again when structural deficiencies were discovered and slowed the renovation process.Sharing [...]
