A new restaurant has taken the place of the former 209 Diner in Bushkill. The newly dubbed El Valley Diner at 5139 Milford Road will have a grand opening Jan. 24 at 1 p.m.New owner Augustin Marte is a resident of Middle Smithfield Township.
