In trading on Wednesday, the PowerShares Dynamic Pharmaceuticals Portfolio ETF (PJP) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 0.8% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Heron Therapeutics (HRTX), up about 19.6% and shares of Depomed (DEPO), up about 1.4% on the day.
