The PowerShares S&P 500 High Dividend Portfolio ETF (SPHD) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 1.3 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 141,000. Shares of SPHD were off about 1.4% on the day.
