Most of us recognize that our thinking features a certain degree of bias. But just how biased our thinking is when compared to the next person – that’s a different story. When it comes to making those comparisons, we are far better at identifying the bias in another’s thinking than we are at finding our own. That’s called the “bias blind spot” and a new study says no matter how impervious to bias we imagine ourselves, we all have one.
